Standard Shipping.

FLAT RATE standard shipping of $10.00

Please allow up to 7 business days for production of your item.

Your order will be dispatched immediately after production is complete.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for standard shipping within Australia.*

Express Shipping.

FLAT RATE express shipping of $15.00

Please allow up 7 business days for production of your item.

Your order will be dispatched immediately after production is complete.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for express shipping within Australia.*

International Shipping.

FLAT RATE standard shipping of $25.00

Please allow up 7 business days for production of your item.

Your order will be dispatched immediately after production is complete.

Please allow 7 - 14 business days for international standard shipping, dependant on customs processing times*

PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for any import or custom taxes and regulations, incurred within their country.

PLEASE regularly check your tracking number for delivery updates, in case your parcel has been dropped at your local post office.

Skye Prudence is not responsible for the cost due to "return to sender" items.

 

*COVID - 19 - Due to the current in restrictions in Australia and Internationally, there may be delays on shipping. Currently there is a huge demand on postage. Regular shipping times can not be guaranteed by Australia Post or International Post.

Returns.

A lot of love and energy goes into producing beautiful prints for you to connect with and enjoy.

The utmost care is taken when organising your items ready for post. High quality packaging is used to ensure your order arrives safely.

PLEASE NOTE: Skye prudence does not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind".

If your items are damaged in transit, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging
  2. Keep all the original packaging and damaged item
  3. Contact Skye at skye.prudence.fineart@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving your order

 

IMPORTANT: Skye Prudence will not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges of damaged items AFTER 24hrs of receiving your parcel. Only items that are damaged in transit will qualify for a refund or exchange, providing the above steps are fulfilled.

The return cost of damaged items is at the customers expense.
